We are seeking a MALE Behavioral Technician/ Driver to join our team!
Hours 8:30 AM-4:00 PM Monday-Friday
Responsibilities:
Transporting clients to and from local sober living homes to facility Monday thru Friday
Assist in scheduling and transportation of appointments
Scheduling and ordering lunch
Take attendance
Perform Urine Analysis Testing on male clients
Counsel and advise individuals or groups with substance abuse/Mental health
Facilitating groups 2X a week
Clinical Documentation
Qualifications:
SUDRC/ RADT credential (minimum)
Valid CA drivers license with no restrictions
CPR/AED/First aid certificate (needed within 1st week of hire)
TB test (needed within 1st week of hire)
Previous experience in a treatment setting
Experience in conflict resolution
Compassionate and caring demeanor
Ability to build rapport with clients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
