Details:

• Specialty: Mental Health and Recovery
• Location: Henryville, IN
• Pay Rate: $20 per hour
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Shift/Hours: 12 hours, 6:15pm - 6:15 am

Key Duties:

• Ensure client safety and wellbeing through continuous supervision
• Conduct safety checks and manage belongings
• Facilitate educational and rehabilitative groups
• Document client progress and vital signs
• Apply de-escalation techniques and assist in emergencies
• Support recreational activities and treatment goals

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior experience as a Behavioral Health Associate (minimum 1 year)
• Experience supporting similar client populations is a plus
• Familiarity with mental health conditions, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. 
• BLS and CPI (can get on-site upon starting)
