Overview
A growing behavioral health organization is seeking compassionate and motivated Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) to join its inpatient care team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build hands-on experience in mental health, healthcare, psychology, social work, or patient support services while making a meaningful impact in the lives of others.

This role offers the chance to work alongside nurses, therapists, and healthcare professionals in a structured, team-oriented environment focused on patient stabilization, emotional support, and recovery. Ideal candidates are calm under pressure, compassionate, dependable, and passionate about helping others.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Support patients within a structured inpatient behavioral health setting
• Monitor patient safety and provide positive day-to-day support and encouragement
• Assist with daily activities, therapeutic routines, and group programming
• Observe and document behavioral changes and communicate updates to the clinical team
• Help maintain a safe, calm, and supportive treatment environment
• Partner closely with nurses, therapists, and care team members to support patient care goals
• Follow established safety procedures and treatment protocols

What We’re Looking For
• High school diploma required
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, Healthcare, or a related field is a plus
• Interest in behavioral health, mental health, healthcare, or patient advocacy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stay calm and professional in fast-paced environments
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
