Behavioral Health Technician (Part-time)

CORA’s Clinical Services Division is currently seeking Part-time Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT) in our IBHS Programs for the 2026-2027 school year.  In addition,  summer hours available!  BHTs will provide behavioral supports to children in Northeast Philadelphia in schools, homes, and the community.

SCHEDULE: 

Mondays - Fridays (Flexible hours: between 8am - 6pm) specifically, 10-28 hours per week

Compensation:

• $17.64/hour with HS Diploma (pay rate is commensurate on credentials and education level)

In addition, as a Behavioral Health Technician, your duties will include:

• Foster a therapeutic relationship with clients, supporting their needs and addressing their goals in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement ABA interventions best matched to the individual to help them achieve the goals delineated in their treatment plan.
• Collect behavioral data as directed by an ABA clinician to assist in the client's development of necessary skills.
• Provide behavior management and support, including prevention and de-escalation, to improve the client's behavioral functioning.
• Participate in regular supervision meetings to ensure treatment strategies are effectively implemented.
• Document client service delivery consistently in a complete and timely manner. 
• Participate in mandatory training and competencies assessments to ensure quality of care.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least one year of professional experience providing behavioral health services or related work with children.
• Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health field preferred (ex., ABA, Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Education)
• With a High School diploma or equivalent, additional on-the-job training is required.
• Understanding of behavior modification theory and implementation of interventions is a plus.
• 40-hour RBT Training before or upon hire required

• Strong attention to detail, especially in recording/collecting data.
