Role Description The Behavioral Health Technician is a part-time, on-site role based in Riverside, CA. This role supports individuals receiving behavioral health services by implementing treatment plans under the supervision of qualified clinical staff. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with behavioral assessments, carrying out behavioral interventions, tracking client progress, and documenting sessions accurately. The technician will interact directly with clients and families, reinforce skill development, maintain a safe and structured environment, and collaborate with the team to adjust strategies as needed.

• Knowledge of Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis, with the ability to apply these principles in daily client interactions.

• Strong Communication skills to engage effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.

• Experience or academic background in Behavioral Intervention and Psychology, supporting evidence-based practice.

• Ability to follow treatment plans, collect behavioral data, and maintain accurate documentation.

• Commitment to inclusive, person-centered care and respect for diverse backgrounds and identities.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related fields preferred.

• Previous experience in behavioral health, education, or social services is beneficial.

• Capacity to work on-site in Riverside, CA, including standing, moving between sessions, and supporting clients in varied settings.
