Behavioral Health Technician

Behavioral Health Technician –Crisis Residential | $18–$22/hr |

We’re hiring Behavioral Health Technicians to support a 24-hour crisis residential program for adults, an alternative to hospitalization for individuals experiencing mental health or substance use crises. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone dependable, observant, and comfortable working in behavioral health.

Schedule:
Per Diem | 12-hour shifts
Days (8AM–8PM) or Nights (8PM–8AM)

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise and monitor clients in a structured setting
• Support daily living activities and appropriate behaviors
• Document observations, symptoms, and incidents
• Communicate updates to the clinical team during shift report

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Experience in behavioral health, residential, or human services preferred
• Strong judgment, reliability, and ability to stay calm under pressure

Pay: $18–$22/hour
