    BayCare Health Systems is currently seeking a Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist to join our outstanding and compassionate team at the Children's Treatment Center in New Port Richey, FL!

    • Facility: Children's Treatment Center
    • Location: King Helie Road, New Port Richey, FL
    • Status: Full-Time, Exempt: Yes
    • Shift Hours: Varies
    • Weekend Work: None
    • On Call: No

    The Behavioral Health Therapist II-Outpatient is responsible for:

    • Providing solution focused behavioral health treatment through the use of individual, group and family counseling.
    • Providing clinical impression and assessment.
    • Performing crisis support and services as needed.
    • Functioning as Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts as applicable.
    • Overseeing clinical staff as assigned.
    • Traveling to various sites, as specific program requires.
    • Performing other duties as assigned.

    Required Certification/License:

    • BLS (Basic Life Support)
    • Driver's License - program specific
    • LMFT (Marriage and Family), LMHC (Mental Health) or LCSW (Social Work) - Required

    Required Education:

    • Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or Related Field

    Required Experience:

    • 2 Years - Counseling, Mental Health, Substance Abuse, Children's Services or Psychology
