UPMC's Western Behavioral Health's Center for Autism and Developmental Disabilities (CADD team is looking for a Behavioral Health Therapist II to join our team!
In this role, you will provide individual, family, and group-based therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disabilities, and other genetic or developmental conditions. alongside a multidisciplinary group of master's-level clinicians, psychologists, psychiatrists, and nurses dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families.

Key Information:
Schedule: Flexible, to meet client needs. One evening per week (until 630p required to facilitate groups
Location: 5301 Forbes Ave, Oakland
Dress Code: Business Casual
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments, clinical interviews, and treatment planning to address patients' behavioral health needs.
Provide individual and group therapy in home, school and community settings while engaging families in treatment and recovery support.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to monitor progress, update treatment plans, coordinate referrals, and ensure appropriate levels of care.
Support programs qualify and growth through evidence-based practices, performance improvement initiatives, regulatory readiness, professional development, and intern mentorship.
Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Education in school counseling, or related field required.
Two years of clinical experience diagnosing and treating behavioral and psychiatric conditions required.
Knowledge of psychiatric evaluation and assessment process, as well as application of current version of the DSM required.

Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC or Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT or Clinical Social Worker (CSW is required.
CCM training is required within 30 days of hire and annually thereafter
