About Us Klamath Health Partnership (KHP) is a mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center offering medical, dental, and behavioral health services to underserved communities. Our integrated care model means youll collaborate daily with primary care providers to support whole-person health.
What Youll Do As a Behavioral Health Therapist, youll provide trauma-informed therapy and crisis support to patients with a range of needs-from SPMI to chronic pain, substance use, and domestic violence. Youll also help patients build skills for long-term wellness.
Key Responsibilities • Deliver individual, couples, family, or group therapy using CBT, ACT, DBT, and other evidence-based models • Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans • Respond to crises and coordinate with hospitals or community partners • Collaborate with medical providers to co-manage care • Document in EMR and contribute to care team updates
What Were Looking For • Masters in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field • Oregon license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) preferred-supervision available • CADC 1, 2, or 3 a plus • Multicultural awareness and Spanish fluency preferred • Strong communicator and team player in fast-paced settings • Experience with EMR and DSM-5 diagnostics
