Pay Range: $94,931.20-$99,195.20 Per Year
Description:
• This role involves providing clinical behavioral health services in a primary care setting.
• The therapist will work full-time in Manhattan, NY, offering a range of services including assessments, counseling, and crisis intervention.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in maintaining electronic records are essential.
Requirements:
• Provide behavioral health services to patients of all ages.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and participate in team meetings.
• Ensure timely documentation and charting in electronic medical records.
• Contribute to quality improvement activities.
• Work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
Qualifications:
• Valid New York State license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) required.
• Advanced degree in mental health counseling, social work, or related field.
• Experience with diverse populations, including serious mental illness and substance use disorders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in electronic medical records and documentation.
• Fluency in Spanish or an Asian language is a plus.
• Ability to work in a multicultural setting.
