    Compensation Pay Range:

    Minimum Offer $53,768.00Maximum Offer $91,520.00

    Responsible for the delivery of behavioral health services to individuals, families, and groups.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provides individuals, family, and group counseling to persons with diverse diagnosis for senior/disabled adults.
    • Development of plans of care Implementation.
    • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure high quality outcomes for patients.
    • Patient assessments and creative engaging activities to enhance group therapy.
    • Assist patients in obtaining services to enhance their health and wellbeing.

    Qualifications:

    • Masters degree in Counseling/Social Work.
    • 1-3 years experience in Clinical Therapy
    • Licensure required LCSW or LPCC
