W-2 Supervising Position (Full-time)

We are seeking compassionate and skilled Therapist to join our team and provide high-quality supervision for our case managers in our Youngstown location. The Therapist will assess case managers notes, and sign off on all treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Provide regular, structured supervision to our case managers

• Assess and sign off on notes and all treatment plans

• Ensure that all services adhere to legal, ethical, and organizational standards

• Collaborate with case managers and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of treatment

• Document case managers progress and outcomes 

• Participate in professional development opportunities to maintain and improve skills

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Degree in Therapy

• Current state license as an Therapist

• Minimum of 1+ year of experience as an Therapist

• Strong understanding of evidence-based practices and ability to apply them in practice

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
