Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Transportation Driver to join our team! As the Transportation Driver, you will be responsible for the safe operation of a passenger van while adhering to a strict schedule and ensuring your passengers’ well-being. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience working with mental and/or behavioral health clients. The ideal candidate also has at least a Class-C Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and previous experience as a commercial driver. If you have an impeccable driving record, high safety standards, and enjoy working with people, we want to hear from you! 


Schedule:
The Driving work schedules are as follows: Monday through Thursday 7am to 6:30pm or PRN to include every Friday, some late evenings and/or weekends on an as-needed basis.



Responsibilities 
  • Pick up and drop off clients at designated locations such as residences, Beyond Health, appointments, etc.
  • Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations and Beyond Health company policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular vehicle safety inspections and report any maintenance or repair issues promptly
  • Assist clients with boarding and exiting transportation in a safe and friendly manner
  • Engage with clients in a professional and courteous manner
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience working directly with clients in a mental and/or behavioral health setting
  • At least a Class-C CDL Permit
  • Clean driving record with no recent accidents or traffic citations
  • Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
  • Ability to follow transportation schedule and other instructions
