Position Details

Reed City Area Public Schools is seeking a student-centered Behavioral Interventionist Coach to support students through behavior intervention, de-escalation, and relationship-building strategies. This position works closely with staff to support student success and maintain a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education, Human Services, or related field
• Experience working with students exhibiting challenging behaviors
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities Include

• Providing behavioral and emotional support to students
• Assisting with behavior intervention plans and crisis response
• Collaborating with staff and student support teams
• Supporting positive student behavior and classroom success

Reports To: Building Principal
