RWJBarnabas Health and Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Behavioral Neurologist to join our growing academic neurology program as a

Clinical Assistant Professor.

Position Highlights

• Academic faculty appointment at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School
• Outpatient-focused Behavioral Neurology practice with a collaborative multidisciplinary team
• Evaluate and manage patients with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, cognitive disorders, and other behavioral neurological conditions
• Participate in Neurology Grand Rounds and departmental academic conferences
• Teach and mentor medical students, neurology residents, Behavioral Neurology fellows, and visiting trainees
• Opportunities to participate in clinical research and industry-sponsored clinical trials
• Shared inpatient weekend and night call responsibilities with faculty on a rotating basis
• Supportive academic environment with opportunities for career growth and faculty advancement

Candidate Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology
• Fellowship training in Behavioral Neurology, Cognitive Neurology, Neuropsychiatry, or related subspecialty preferred
• Eligible for medical licensure in the State of New Jersey
• Strong commitment to patient care, teaching, and academic medicine
