Job Summary:
TriStar Skyline Medical Center's neuroscience group is seeking a behavioral and cognitive neurology specialist for a core faculty position within their GME neurology program in Nashville, Tennessee.Qualified Candidates:
- Board certified in adult neurology
- Fellowship trained and/or UCNS certified in behavioral and cognitive neurology
- Tennessee licensure or ability to obtain
- DEA with full prescriptive authority
- Strong commitment to teaching, office consultation, dementia diagnosis and management
- Design and supervise a cognitive/behavioral teaching clinic for neurology residents
- Anticipated 100% outpatient practice without hospital consultation or night call
- Option for 1:6 or 1:12 hospital weeks (with some night call these weeks)
- Option for APD position if qualified and interested (approximately 40 GME hours per month)
- Work with an affiliated faculty neuropsychologist in the region
- Clinical faculty appointment available through Belmont University Frist College of Medicine

- As an ACS Verified Level I Trauma Center and an Accredited Chest Pain Center with PCI, TriStar Skyline is a leading provider of emergency care with over 3,700 ED visits per month.
- Offering programs including heart and vascular, oncology, orthopaedics/spine, and inpatient rehabilitation.
- Our inaugural neurology residency welcomed first year residents in July 2023 and is a part of the HCA Healthcare Graduate Medical Education network, with more than 250 residency and fellowship programs nationwide.
- Currently configured for 24 neurology residents at TriStar Skyline
