We are seeking a dedicated and organized Bell Captain to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. As a Bell Captain, you will oversee the bell staff, ensuring smooth and efficient operations while maintaining a welcoming environment for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the bell staff to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Coordinate guest arrivals and departures, assisting with luggage handling and transportation arrangements.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the bell area and storage rooms.
- Train and mentor new bell staff members to uphold service standards.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Work flexible hours to meet the needs of the hotel and its guests.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred.
