Main Duties

• Greet guests and welcome them to the hotel or resort
• Assist guests with their luggage, including carrying bags to and from their rooms
• Provide information about the hotel's amenities, such as restaurants and activities
• Inspect and maintain the cleanliness and functionality of luggage carts and other equipment
• Respond to guest requests and provide exceptional customer service
• Answer questions about the local area, including directions to attractions or restaurants
• Assist with valet parking, if offered by the hotel
• Work with the front desk staff to ensure smooth check-in and check-out experiences for guests.
