• Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls promptly and professionally
• Provide timely, thoughtful email support by responding to inquiries and composing clear, personalized correspondence.
• Address and resolve concerns related to photo orders, digital and print products, and service subscriptions, with empathy and clarity.
• Updating account notes, logs, and ensuring follow-through on client and photographer requests.
• Handle client feedback with care and compassion.
• Communicate and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, prioritize client needs effectively, and escalate concerns when necessary.

• Previous customer service experience
• Excel, Google Docs & Sheets knowledge

• Bella Baby Studio at 300 E 5th Ave, Suite 330; Naperville, IL 60563
• Monday-Friday 11-7pm and rotating Saturday hours.

• Starting Pay: $20.25 per hour, based on experience
