The responsibilities of the beverage champion include:

• 50% of time spent on beverage production & 50% spent on hospitality and overall guest experience.
• Interaction with customers: receiving orders, processing sales, and managing customer issues.
• Crafting a variety of coffee and specialty beverages to company standards and customer expectations.
• Ensuring all equipment is maintained, calibrated, and cleaned regularly
• Drive excitement across the team and with customers, creating an inviting environment.
• Engage with customers, guiding them through the menu ordering process and recommending favorites to try.
• Follow all drink recipes precisely while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Managing the Beverage area, maintaining quality standards and monitoring all service equipment
• Uncompromising standards in maintaining a clean and safe work environment (per Labor Board and OSHA regulations and Company standards), Unloading, stocking and maintaining required inventory level.
• Champions recognition and motivation efforts, works as a team to deliver elevated experiences.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Restaurant experience and beverage production preferred
• Comfortable working with coffee and flavored syrups
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage drink accuracy, timing, and presentation all at once
• Ability to recognize when and how to shift to secondary duties without compromising service
• Dependable and reliable transportation required
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Able to lift and move up to 45 lbs as needed
• Consistent attendance and punctuality required
• Ability to operate a cash register and make change
• Basic math skills
• Completion of training certification
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Team-oriented mindset
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction
• Strong work ethic and personal accountability

Pay range for this job is $20-22 per hour. This is nationwide average that will depend on geographic location and experience.
