FNF Construction, Inc., a leading heavy civil general contractor serving the Southwestern United States, is seeking experienced Belly-Dump Truck Drivers to support multiple paving operations on projects throughout the Southwest. This position plays a critical role in safely transporting, loading, and unloading roadway materials while working closely with paving crews in a fast-paced construction environment.
This is a safety-sensitive position requiring a strong commitment to safety standards, regulatory compliance, and teamwork while working around live traffic, heavy equipment, and active construction operations. Travel is required.

Responsibilities:• Safely operate a belly-dump truck in support of paving and roadway construction operations.
• Transport, load, and unload roadway construction materials as directed.
• Work closely with paving crews to ensure efficient material delivery and production.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate driver logs, inspection reports, and other required documentation.
• Follow all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, company policies, and project safety requirements.
• Operate safely in and around live traffic, heavy equipment, and active construction work zones.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, dispatch personnel, and crew members.
• Participate in safety meetings, training, and ongoing compliance programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Current Tanker and Hazardous Materials (HazMAT) endorsements.
• Acceptable 5-year driving history and satisfactory PSP (Pre-Employment Screening Program) report.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience safely performing paving operations and hauling roadway construction materials.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations, safe driving practices, and construction site safety requirements.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Previous experience working on heavy civil, highway, or asphalt paving projects.
• Strong safety record and commitment to safe work practices.
