• Welcome guests and process ticket sales and entry.
• Provide accurate information and excellent customer service.
• Ensure a smooth and efficient entry experience.

Guest Services

• Assist guests with questions, directions, and event information.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and courteously.
• Help create a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience for all visitors.

Hospitality

• Deliver exceptional service in hospitality and premium guest areas.
• Assist with food and beverage service, guest seating, and event support.
• Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming spaces.

Program Seller

• Sell official event programs throughout the venue.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately.

Qualifications

• Friendly, positive attitude with strong communication skills
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and event days as needed
• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
