Belt Manufacturing - Abrasives Below are the different work areas that are in the belt manufacturing work cell. You are required to learn them all. a. Cutting press b. Scuffing machines c. Gluing process d. Tape tacking machine e. Belt Press f. Backfill g. Slitters h. Nesting i. Belt Strapper j. Shrink Wrapper 2. Must have a full understanding of entering data on Tracking sheets & perform these transactions daily with high accuracy. 3. Must be able to read, decipher, and follow SPs (Secondary Process) "shop tickets". 4. Work in a collaborative team environment where respectful communication among all team members is a top priority. 5. Learn to operate all machinery 6. Learn all the raw materials and be able to identify them by a visual of the backing 7. Learn all the supply components that are used in making a belt 8. Always provide optimal yield when making a belt
