The (In-House) General Manager will lead, manage, and coordinate local branch administration, sales, and operations activities.

Responsibilities:
Tasked with planning, creating, and implementing organizational policies and objectives. As well as leading, directing, and organizing activities of departments or divisions including operations, sales, and administration.
Analyze budgets and identify areas of improvement and promotes services in a coordinated manner to expand markets, boost market share, and gain a competitive edge in the sector.
Stay up to date on operating and sales activity, as well as policy, to implement necessary changes.
Held to account for the agency's profitability as well as the growth of sales and revenue.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in business management, planning and financial oversight, and personnel management.
A track record of success in managing finances and businesses.
Strong, developed verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities
Proficiency in working with technology and related software.
Ability to operate proactively in a fast-paced, diverse and inclusive environment.
