What You'll Do
Lead, coach, and support scoopers & shift leads
Keep daily ops on point: cash, inventory, schedules, opens/closes
Set the standard for legendary guest service (and teach others to do the same)
Help your team grow, learn, and win together
Support community events and shop goals
Hold it down when the Shop Manager is out
