Shift: 2nd shift 1:30pm - 10:30 pm

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Previous manufacturing and/or machine operation experience preferred
• Experience using hand tools and measuring devices preferred
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic math skills, including decimal calculations

Job Duties

• Prepare metal rods and tubes for cleaning, swaging, and draw bench operations
• Set up and operate draw bench equipment to process metal materials
• Position dies and materials according to specifications
• Monitor machine operation and adjust settings as needed
• Apply lubricants and coatings to materials during processing
• Cut metal materials using chop saws and other equipment when required
• Inspect finished products to verify quality and specifications
• Move materials throughout the facility as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with additional department and production tasks as assigned

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
• Steel-toed boots required

What You Will Do

As a Bench Draw Operator you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.

The Bench Draw Operator supports manufacturing operations by performing production tasks that help create quality finished products. This role requires attention to detail, strong work habits, and the ability to work effectively as part of a production team.
