Bench Executive Chef – Charleston Market | Morrison Healthcare

Morrison Healthcare is hiring a Bench Executive Chef to support multiple accounts in the Charleston market. This role is ideal for a strong culinary leader who can step into key locations, lead teams, drive results, and deliver outstanding food experiences.

What You'll Do
  • Provide culinary leadership across multiple Charleston-area accounts
  • Support openings, transitions, and operational needs
  • Lead, train, and develop culinary teams
  • Ensure food quality, presentation, and service excellence
  • Manage food/labor costs, inventory, and purchasing
  • Maintain sanitation, safety, and regulatory compliance
  • Partner with leadership to improve patient and retail dining programs
What We're Looking For
  • Executive Chef or senior culinary leadership experience
  • High-volume foodservice, healthcare, hospitality, or restaurant background preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Financial and operational knowledge
  • Flexibility to travel within the market as needed
