JD:
We are looking for a Business Analyst with hands-on Benchling experience (In Vivo or Core) to support R&D digital transformation initiatives. You will work closely with scientists and IT teams to translate research workflows into scalable configurations within Benchling.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and document requirements for in vivo studies or R&D workflows.
Support Benchling configuration (schemas, templates, workflows, registry, inventory).
Create user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria.
Coordinate UAT, document defects, and validate solutions.
Partner with scientists, product owners, and technical teams to ensure successful adoption.
Assist with data model definitions, data migration, and integration-related activities.
Required Qualifications
5+ years as a BA in Life Sciences R&D
Should be based out of PA and should be able to travel to office 3 days/week.
Experience with Benchling In Vivo or Benchling Core (Registry, Notebook, Inventory).
Strong understanding of experimental or in vivo workflows.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
Experience with API-driven integrations.
Exposure to scientific data standards or FAIR principles.
Familiarity with animal study workflows (dosing, groups, observations, biometrics).
