Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000 Base + commission & residuals
Schedule: Full-Time | M-F | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

We're seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial HCM Sales Consultant to help drive growth at Bene-Care. If you're a seasoned sales professional who shines in the field, closes with confidence, and thrives in a referral-based sales environment we want to talk to you!
The HCM Sales Consultant is responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining a residual book of business and promoting Bene-Care's payroll services to businesses of all sizes.
Essential Expectations and Responsibilities:
You'll own the full sales lifecycle, from outreach and in-person consults to customized solution-building and closing. Your goal: establish long-term, revenue-generating relationships with businesses and no territory restrictions.
Drive outbound activity (Telemarketing, referrals, networking)
Conduct high-impact sales presentations, showcasing Bene-Care's payroll and HCM solutions
Collaborate with internal referral partners to network and extract referrals
Grow and manage a robust book of business
Leverage client referrals and local relationships for momentum
Perform existing client calls to extract referrals and expand relationships
Other work-related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
4+ years of HCM/payroll B2B sales experience
Outside HCM experience with a strong record of closing and building a book
Familiarity with the midmarket segment
Self-starter with high accountability & strong follow-through
