We are seeking a client-focused and detail-oriented Benefit Advocate to join our Employee Benefits team. This role serves as a primary resource for clients and their employees by providing responsive support, resolving benefits-related inquiries, and assisting with the administration of employee benefit plans. The ideal candidate is organized, empathetic, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service while navigating a fast-paced environment. This position plays a key role in supporting client satisfaction, employee engagement, and the successful administration of employee benefits programs.
This is a hybrid position (4 days in office and 1 day remote) reporting to our office in Atlanta, GA.
