Benefit Specialist, CDH

Full-time, fully remote position in the NBS service center, working an 8-hour remote shift, Monday through Friday. Wonderful working environment with opportunity for growth. This position is full time, hourly, and nonexempt. Duties• Support the service center by providing excellent customer service answering and responding to participant phone calls, voice mails, emails, and chats• Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor when communicating with our clients• Must meet or exceed required level of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in all measured areas by maintaining a high degree of productivity while adhering to the set work schedule• Review and upload reimbursement claims to our processing queues quickly and effectively• Adjudicate claims on occasion• Complete other projects as assigned by Director or SupervisorQualifications• Ability to work in a remote environment• Have strong typing and 10-key skills • Have excellent customer service skills • Strong writing skills with emphasis on proper spelling, grammar, and punctuation required• Be highly motivated• Have positive attitude• Reliable• Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and accurately• Ability to work well within a team• Spanish speaking usefulEducation and Experience – High School diploma or equivalent work experience is required.Physical Requirements – This position requires the employee to be seated the majority of the work time
