A well-established organization in New York City is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Benefits & Administration Support Coordinator to support a busy seasonal onboarding initiative. This is a great opportunity for someone with HR administrative or onboarding experience who enjoys fast-paced environments and takes pride in keeping processes organized and compliant.
This role will play a key part in supporting high-volume seasonal hiring and onboarding operations, with a strong focus on I-9 processing, employee documentation, and administrative coordination.
What Youll Be Doing
Process and verify I-9 forms and supporting documentation
Assist with onboarding seasonal employees
Review vaccine records and working papers
Scan, copy, upload, and organize employee files
Maintain accurate and confidential administrative records
Provide day-to-day administrative support to leadership
Communicate professionally with new hires and internal staff
Utilize cloud-based document management systems, including Box
What Were Looking For
Prior experience processing I-9 forms is required
Strong administrative support or HR coordination background
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Professional communication skills
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
Familiarity with Box or similar document management systems preferred
