JOB OVERVIEW
The Benefits Administrator supports the administration of employee benefit programs for a multi-entity Alaska Native Corporation operating in federal contracting environments.This role is responsible for day-to-day benefits processing, compliance tracking, and employee support for both union and non-union populations, including compliance with the McNamara-O'Hara Service Contract Act (SCA).
Working under the direction of the HR Manager, this position ensures accurate administration of health and welfare fringe benefits, union benefit contributions, and corporate benefit plans across multiple contracts and subsidiaries.
