LHH is partnering with a reputable non-profit healthcare organization in Duluth, GA to hire a detail-oriented Benefits Administration Specialist. In this role, you will support patient services by guiding individuals through the benefits renewal process and ensuring all information is accurately maintained. We are actively staffing for multiple locations, including Duluth, Decatur, Jonesboro, and Marietta, GA
Key Responsibilities
Contact patients to renew or update benefits information
Accurately enter and maintain data within the internal system
Handle sensitive patient information with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
Partner with administrative and clinical teams to support patient services
Qualifications
Prior experience in benefits administration, healthcare support, or data entry preferred
Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
Must be approved by the client prior to assignment
