Summary

The Benefits Administrator – LOA supports the company's leave of absence programs by coordinating documentation, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating communication among associates, HR, center management, payroll, and third-party leave administrators. This role does not determine eligibility or approve/deny leave, but ensures documentation, system updates, and communications are completed accurately and on time throughout the leave lifecycle.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate administrative processing of employee leaves from initial notification through return to work.
• Maintain accurate leave records and documentation in WFM, UKG Pro, and Reliance Matrix.
• Serve as primary point of contact for leave-related communications between associates, HR, center management, payroll, and third-party administrators.
• Process leave documentation, update leave statuses and return-to-work dates, and reconcile reports to ensure data accuracy.
• Track leave-related pay information for payroll and generate leave data/metrics for management as needed.
• Coordinate benefit-related communications during leave (premiums, required notices) and assist with related billing, invoicing, and health/life/disability updates.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and medical information; support internal audits with complete, accurate records.

What You'll Bring

• Experience supporting Leave of Absence administration or employee benefits in an administrative capacity.
• Experience coordinating with third-party leave administrators or insurance vendors.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and recordkeeping skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer service mindset.
• Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably WFM, UKG Pro, and Reliance Matrix; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Benefits:

The rate for this position is $25.50 per hour
