The Benefit Administrator I supports daily employee benefits administration by processing enrollments, changes, and terminations for health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and other voluntary benefits.
- Maintains accurate benefits records in HRIS systems and ensures data confidentiality.
- Assists employees with benefits inquiries and coordinates employee leave requests, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations such as COBRA, ACA, FMLA, and ERISA.
- Collaborates with benefits vendors to resolve issues and administer plans effectively.
- Supports benefits education initiatives during open enrollment and throughout the year.
- Ensures legal compliance and maintains proper documentation.
Qualifications include a high school diploma (associate's or bachelor's preferred) and 0-2 years of relevant experience. The role offers a comprehensive rewards package, including healthcare, 401(k), stock purchase, and growth opportunities.
