SCHEDULE: Full-time; Monday-Friday | 8:00am-5:00pm | Hybrid, 2 days in-office

WHAT YOULL DO
Respond to employee and retiree inquiries regarding benefit plans, eligibility, enrollment, life events, and coverage changes, providing timely and accurate support by phone and email.
Administer employee benefit processes, including new hire enrollments, qualifying life events, dependent updates, annual open enrollment, COBRA, FSA, and HSA programs.
Maintain and audit benefit records and eligibility data within HR systems; reconcile payroll deductions, vendor invoices, and benefit files to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate with insurance carriers, benefit vendors, and third-party administrators to resolve issues, process transactions, and support ongoing benefit program administration.
Support accommodations administration and benefits-related projects by maintaining documentation, preparing reports and spreadsheets, communicating program information, and providing general administrative support.
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
3+ years of experience in employee benefits administration, with working knowledge of health and welfare plans, eligibility, enrollment, billing, and benefits records management.
Strong customer service, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a demonstrated commitment to accuracy and timely completion of work.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook, with experience using HRIS systems; SAP experience preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position requires the ability to work at a computer for extended periods, with frequent use of a keyboard, mouse, and telephone, as well as the ability to read and review documents and data. The role may require occasional lifting, carrying, or moving of light office materials and the ability to move throughout a standard office environment as needed.
