Job Description:
The Benefits Administrator collaborates closely with team members to accurately administer the company's benefit plans and programs while safeguarding confidential and sensitive information. Serving as a primary point of contact for team members and their families, the Benefits Administrator provides timely support, guidance, and education on all company benefit programs. The role also ensures compliance with applicable state and federal requirements, including recordkeeping and reporting, and helps develop and expand centralized benefit services in partnership with field leaders and the Benefits Administration Team.
This role serves as a subject matter expert on a broad range of benefits programs and projects. The Benefits Administrator applies this expertise when partnering with external vendors and members of the global People Team and supports continuous improvement of benefit processes and programs.
This position is based out of a Barry-Wehmiller site office and reports to the Benefits Leader.

Position Type:
This is a regular, full-time position with the understanding that a regular workweek will require extended days and hours as needed to meet business needs.

Physical Demands:
The position requires sitting or standing at a desk and use of a computer for prolonged periods of time. Performing the role frequently uses close vision, speech, hearing, and dexterity to operate office equipment. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
