Our programs service adults, children, and families. Your role will be essential to our success, and your efforts will influence our ability to provide treatment to our community.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p with 1 hour unpaid lunch
Salary: $40,000
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Introduce benefits to eligible employees and ensure compliance
Assist with open enrollment requirements, including communication, to ensure compliance
Report and coordinate all work-related injuries and maintain accurate reporting, including OSHA logs
Assist in coordinating leaves of absence with employees and managers
Assist in accommodation meetings with employees and leadership, including light duty- ensure documentation and compliance
Participate as a member of the safety committee
Provide assistance and support to the HR department as needed

Qualifications:
HS Diploma plus 1 year Human Resources experience required;
Experience and/or knowledge of UKG, Benefits, Workers Compensation, and Medical Leave a plus;
Experience with creating and maintaining spreadsheets, data entry and organizing computer files;
ability to work accurately in a busy environment.
