Work Arrangement: Hybrid (60% / 3 days per week on-site)
6+Month Contract

Position Description
The Benefits Associate will support the benefits team of Continental Tires with responsibilities including:

• Transactional Activities
  Manage benefit invoicing
  Handle deposit processing
  Process national medical support notices
  Provide leave administration support
• Documentation & Process Standardization
  Draft SOPs
  Maintain SharePoint/document repositories
  Organize materials to improve audit readiness
  Reduce reliance on tribal knowledge
• Project & Enrollment Support
  Assist with open enrollment execution
  Support vendor transitions
  Contribute to ad hoc benefits projects
  Lead individual projects to organize documents, files, and processes into a system

" Microsoft 365 (Excel, Teams, Word)
" Attention to detail
" Strong written and verbal communication
" Time management
" Analytical skills

Experience
" Required:
1+ year of benefits experience
Experience in a self-funded benefit plan environment
" Preferred:
Additional benefits-related experience

Education
" Required: High school diploma
" Preferred: College degree
