Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and support employee benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and 401(k) plans.Assist employees with benefit enrollments, qualifying life event changes, and benefit‑related questions.Coordinate and track leave administration processes including FMLA, ADA, short‑term disability, long‑term disability, and other company leave programs.Manage workers' compensation claims, communicate with carriers, and assist with return‑to‑work coordination.Maintain accurate employee benefit records within HRIS and benefits platforms.Support annual open enrollment activities including employee communication, system updates, and vendor coordination.Serve as a liaison between employees, benefit vendors, payroll, and HR leadership to resolve benefit issues.Assist with benefits reconciliations, invoicing, and payroll deductions related to benefit plans.Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.Prepare benefit‑related reports and assist with audits as needed.Support HR team with additional projects and employee programs as assigned.QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of experience in benefits administration or HR benefits support.Experience administering leave programs and workers' compensation claims required.Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.Knowledge of employee benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans.Strong understanding of HR compliance regulations related to benefits and leave administration.Experience working in energy, manufacturing, industrial, or oil & gas environments strongly preferred.Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Excel.Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and confidentiality.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
