Job Title: Enrollment Support Coordinator
Department/Division: Benefits Education/Group Benefits
Location: Columbia, SC; Atlanta, GA; Raleigh, NC
Type: Full-Time; May be eligible for hybrid work schedule after successful completion of training
Hiring Range: $42,000 - $55,000 annually (commensurate with directly applicable experience)
Commitment: Two-Year Commitment to The Cason Group

Our Benefits Education Team provides enrollment services to employer groups. As an Enrollment Support Coordinator, you will coordinate the administrative and operational details of the group enrollment process to ensure company standards are met while supporting accurate reporting, system readiness, and seamless enrollment experience for clients, counselors, and internal teams.

What Our Enrollment Support Coordinators Do:

  • Coordinate and Schedule Enrollments:Manage new and re-enrollment cases by utilizing staffing and calendaring software to schedule enrollment support; proactively manage the enrollment calendar in partnership with Account Coordinators to confirm system readiness; monitor appointment availability and employee sign-up sheets; provide real-time support through call center chat by answering questions or routing employees to the appropriate enrollers or coordinators; collect and distribute training materials to ensure Benefits Counselors are prepared to enroll
  • Support Reporting and Data Accuracy:Utilize CRM systems to create case details from intake forms, summarize engagement metrics, enter re-enrollment results, report enrollment and re-enrollment revenue in a timely manner, and perform audits to ensure accuracy of Benefits Education solutions, enrollment data, and funding received
  • Communicate and Collaborate Across Teams:Maintain clear communication with Account Coordinators, Benefits Counselors, and internal teams throughout the enrollment process; provide administrative and operational support to the Benefits Education team; and assist with additional tasks or projects as requested by leadership to support organizational goals

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and maintain a high attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-based environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Outlook and Excel, with experience using database or CRM systems
