LHH is conducting the search for a Sr Benefits/Payroll Analyst to join the team of a well known professional services group located near Gwinnett County! For immediate consideration, qualified candidates should forward resumes to: michelle.brewer@lhh.com
Responsiilities:
- Full cycle benefits acumen to include reconiliations, compliance
- Payroll processing for up to 500 employees
- Partner with brokers, carriers, and vendors to evaluate benefit offerings, negotiate renewals, and ensure cost-effective plan administration.
- Review and reconcile monthly benefits invoices, eligibility files, and vendor billing to ensure accuracy and timely payment.
- Analyze benefits utilization, trends, and costs
- Coordinate retirement plan administration, including 401(k) enrollments, audits, compliance testing, and employee education.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, system implementations, and organizational changes related to benefits administration.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of recent benefits/payroll experience
- Experience with benefits audits and compliance reporting.
- Experience managing brokers and third-party administrators.
- Bachelors Degree preferred
Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year
