Salary Range: $150,000 - $300,000 annually, commensurate with experience and performance.
Equipment Provided: All necessary tools and equipment for remote work will be supplied.
Responsibilities
Generate a minimum of $100,000 in annual revenue.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with tailored solutions.
Collaborate with the team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to provide clients with the best possible advice and services.
Represent the company in a professional manner during client interactions and limited travel engagements.
Qualifications/Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a preference for candidates with 5-10 years of experience.
Active Life and Health (L&H) license is required.
Proven track record of generating significant revenue and achieving sales targets.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Experience working with top brokers or a demonstrated ability to excel in sales is highly desirable.
