Benefits Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Benefits Specialist to join our dynamic, fast-paced team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our benefits administration for a 5,000+ employee, multi-site organization. Key Qualifications:

• HRIS Expertise: Strong proficiency in UKG (required) and PlanSource; experience with data audits and system optimization.
• Advanced MS Excel Skills: Skilled with VLOOKUPs and other functions for data auditing and reconciliation.
• Benefits Compliance Knowledge: In-depth understanding of ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, and CFRA regulations.
• Multi-Site Experience: Proven ability to support complex, large-scale organizations across multiple sites (highly preferred).
• Attention to Detail: Critical for correcting data integrity issues-missing LOA information, HSA discrepancies, benefit errors, and coverage tier mismatches.
• Adaptability in High-Pressure Settings: Thrives in fast-paced environments, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining accuracy.
