The A.C.Coy company has an immediate opening for a Benefits Specialist. Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of benefits administration experience.
Responsibilities:
- Support administration and delivery of the benefits program
- Answer inquiries from employees and vendors regarding company benefits
- Support health and wellness plans, retirement plans, LoA administration and data management
- Use the current HRIS system to accurately update employee information
Qualifications:
Education Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Experience Required:
- 1-3 years of benefits administration experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- High attention to detail
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Office
- Experience using a HRIS system such as Workday, Oracle, SAP or similar platform
