Our client is located in Cheshire and they are looking to add a Benefits Specialist to their team.

Responsibilities of the Benefits Specialist:
- The Benefits Specialist will handle all enrollments, resolve employee questions, and manage changes related to health insurance
- Organize and lead new hire orientations
- The Benefits Specialist will reconcile and maintain salary and pension records, including support for retirement processes and accurate payroll data entry
- Identify opportunities for HR process improvements to increase efficiency and employee satisfaction
Preferred Qualifications of the Benefits Specialist:
- 3 years of benefits administration experience
- Knowledge of Google Sheets and Docs
- Proven ability to communicate complex benefits topics with employees
Salary is $60,000-74,000
