Job Description
- Administer day-to-day employee benefits operations, including leading the annual Open Enrollment process.
- Support Leave of Absence (LOA) tracking and administration in compliance with applicable federal and state regulations.
- Respond to employee benefits inquiries, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Resolve benefits eligibility and enrollment discrepancies with vendors.
- Maintain accurate employee benefits records across HRIS and vendor systems.
- Assist employees with retirement plan inquiries, including eligibility, enrollment, and general plan information.
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, including enrollment, eligibility, and headcount reporting.
- Track and document outstanding benefits-related items to ensure timely resolution.
- Serve as the primary liaison with benefits brokers and insurance carriers to resolve issues, discrepancies, and data requests.
