Beveler Machine Operator
Pay: $ 22.20/hr
Hours: 7:30 PM to 6:00 AM

Are you a detail-oriented professional with strong machine operation experience? Join our team as a Beveler Machine Operator and play a key role in the trim department, ensuring precision and quality in every part produced. This position offers the opportunity to work with specialized equipment in a safety-focused, fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do:
  • Set up and operate beveling machines according to production specifications
  • Read and interpret work orders and blueprints to ensure accurate processing
  • Inspect and measure parts using tools such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges
  • Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards
  • Move materials and finished parts as required to support production flow
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Required Skills:
  • Minimum of 2 years of machine operation experience
  • Ability to read and interpret work orders and technical drawings
  • Experience using measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges)
  • Basic computer skills and data entry
  • Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and reliable attendance

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Forklift experience
  • Experience with beveling or similar machining equipment

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Technical training or certifications are a plus

Other Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform occasional bending or lifting
  • Steel toe boots required
  • Must follow all PPE and safety requirements, including safety glasses and hearing protection
