Performs the operation of beveling or facing pipes, in a safe and efficient manner according to applicable procedures, complying with defined quality standards.
Main Activities • Executes change over and set up of the beveling machine. • Performs equipment operation. • Carries out pipe beveling or facing. • Carries out internal deburring. • Performs visual verification and dimensional control of bevels. • Changes machine tools. • Performs chips cleaning. • Assists machine lock outs and tag outs and does operative maintenance (cooling fluid, machine adjustments, etc.). • Updates information in the tracking systems.
